Dr. Diane Brescher assists organizations in identifying and resolving strategic human capital issues while helping leaders reach their full potential. She brings extensive experience in Adult Learning principles and Learning and Development competencies to her work in Leadership Development. In addition to working with leaders, Diane also supports Learning and Development and/ or HR departments supporting their Talent Development Strategy.
In addition to coaching leaders in a variety of leadership levels, she facilitates workshops both instructor lead and virtually. Topics include: Strategy (Organizational, Leadership, Learning), Curriculum/Course design, Strategic and Critical Thinking, Decision Making, Innovative Thinking, Coaching, Feedback, Employee Engagement, Fostering Change, Emotional Intelligence, Influencing Skills, Team Development and Team Building. While Diane has worked with leaders at all levels of organizations, her passion is helping mid-level leaders address their business challenges. Diane has consulted in a wide range of industries, as well as in government and non-profit organizations.
Diane earned a B.S. in Business Psychology from Albright College, an M.B.A. in HR from American University, and an Ed. D. in Adult Education and Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University. Diane is active in ATD, where she’s served on the Northern New Jersey board for 9+years. She has published articles on social networks, entrepreneurship, leadership, transitions, and influencing. Diane is a certified Wiley Partner for Disc and 5 Behaviors of Cohesive Teams. She is certificated in the Hogan Assessments and Emotional Intelligence EQ-i 2.0. She was one of the first to achieve ATD’s CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance).
